ISO 27001 is popularly known as the International Standard for Information Security Management Systems. It is one of the management toolsall over the world known for providing the requirements for an information security system or ISMS, initiated by the (ISO) International Organization for Standardization. It mentions the electrical standards, in partnership with the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC). This standard is also known as IEC 27001.
